Returns & Exchanges
Halal Only takes extra effort to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. Our products are packaged in a clear bag to protect the quality of your item, and wrapped in tissue paper to give a nice presentation if it is a gift. Customers asking for a return is rare, if you feel the return is warranted, please send an email to sales@halalonly.ca and review the return policies below.
Our Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, Halal Only will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains, and fragrance-free for a full refund within 7 days of receiving your shipment. A full refund minus the shipping cost will be granted for the return. The item must be returned in the packaging it was sent in and we must be notified by email at sales@halalonly.ca before the 7 days. After 7 days a return or exchange will not be honored.
Shipping on returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer – no exceptions.

*We reserve the right to decline the return and send back any product with visible signs of wear.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the correct item you ordered, contact sales@halalonly.ca within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance. We will not accept color difference as a reason for it being defective as it states on our website the color you see in the picture can differ slightly.
Halal Only cannot guarantee shipping times and will NOT accept a return or grant any sort of compensation if an order is not delivered on time for any specific date that the customer requires.
