- What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We mail out all orders using one of the followings:
- Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Canada Post
Should we not be able to ship your order within three (3) business days, we will make every effort to advise you of our estimated shipping date. If at any time you are not satisfied with 'anything', you may cancel your order during that time.

- Shipping Rates
Shipping rates varies from city to city, country to country. Our "LIVE" automatic shipping calculator is hooked up directly with DHL, Purolator, UPS, FedEx and some other couriers. You can view the shipping cost from these couriers and select them if you wish to use them. Please select your shipping method according to your needs. We ship out all across the Globe!
If you wish to use our Flat Rate shipping method please note that, we use ground shipping for all the Flate Rate shipping. We offer the choice for you to upgrade to express shipping by using these couriers, if you wish to upgrade.

- Time To Process
Time to process your order is the estimated number of business days from your order date to the shipping of your items. In most cases, we will ship your order(s) from our Head Office within two (2) business days. Please take account of the following circumstances where this process may be delayed:
- Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
- Our shipping cut out time is 3pm during regular business days.
- We are out of stock of some item that you have ordered.
- Unexpected delays from any natural disaster.

Time in transit is the estimated number of business days from our facility to your receiving address.
We have created the following chart for our customers to understand the difference between express shipment and ground shipment to the different part in Canada.
Please note that the transit time is from Calgary to the Major cities in the following provinces:
Transit Express Shipping Ground Shippings
Calgary to AB Express Shipment will take 1 day. Ground Shipment will take 2 days.
Calgary to BC Express Shipment will take 1 day. Ground Shipment will take 3 days.
Calgary to SK Express Shipment will take 1 day. Ground Shipment will take 3 days.
Calgary to MB Express Shipment will take 1 day. Ground Shipment will take 3 days.
Calgary to ON Express Shipment will take 1 day. Ground Shipment will take 4 days.
Calgary to NL Express Shipment will take 2 days. Ground Shipment will take 8 days.
Calgary to NS Express Shipment will take 2 days. Ground Shipment will take 6 days.
Calgary to PEI Express Shipment will take 2 days. Ground Shipment will take 7 days.
Calgary to NB Express Shipment will take 2 days. Ground Shipment will take 6 days.
Calgary to QC Express Shipment will take 1 day. Ground Shipment will take 5 days.

- What Is The Last Day Shipping Before Christmas?
Our last day of shipping is the same as all the couriers. If the couriers are picking up the shipments, we are sending out the orders. Please look into the heading
